Terms of service

The terms and conditions set forth in this document constitutes the entire understanding and full and complete agreement between you, the party as specified in the application (“You” and “User“) in usinghttp://.jobs.ly* (“jobs.ly”), an online service to search and post employment opportunities.

By using jobs.ly services you are agreeing to its terms of use.

The terms “You” and “User” as used herein refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing jobs.ly for any reason. The term “post” as used herein shall mean information that You submit, publish or display on jobs.ly.

I. Use of jobs.ly

Jobs.ly authorizes You to view and access the content on jobs.ly solely for your personal use. The content of jobs.ly is protected under local and international laws. Any violation of these terms of use or unauthorized use of jobs.ly content is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

You agree not to sell, modify the jobs.ly content or reproduce, display, or otherwise use the jobs.ly content in any way for any public or commercial use, in connection with products or services that are not those of jobs.ly.

Users may not use jobs.ly in order to post, distribute, store or destroy material, including without limitation, jobs.ly content, (a) in violation of any applicable law or regulation, (b) in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of others, or (c) that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, hateful or that involves prostitution or any pornographic material.

You agree to not access data not intended for You or logging into a server or account which the User is not allowed to access, You also agree not to attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization. You also agree to not attempt to interfere with service to any User, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to jobs.ly site, overloading, “flooding”, “spamming”, “mailbombing” or “crashing”. Violations of system or network security may result in civil and/or criminal liability. Any violations will lead to termination of the User’s account and jobs.ly will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting Users who are involved in such violations.

II. Registration and Password.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, profile and passwords, as applicable. You may not share your password or other account access information with any other party, temporarily or permanently, and you shall be responsible for all uses of your jobs.ly registrations and passwords, whether or not authorized by You. You agree to immediately notify jobs.ly of any unauthorized use of your account.

III. Jobs.ly’s Responsibility

Jobs.ly acts as a place for employers to post job opportunities and candidates to post resumes and Profiles and does not screen or censor the listings, including Profiles offered. Jobs.ly is not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates. As a result, jobs.ly has no control over User Content, the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings and jobs.ly makes no representations about any jobs, resumes or User Content on jobs.ly. Jobs.ly is not responsible for arranging meetings or any transactions between the Users and it is up to the Users to make the necessary arrangements.

In addition, note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretenses. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other Users with whom You come in contact through jobs.ly. By its very nature, other people’s information may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate, and in some cases will be mislabeled or deceptively labeled. We expect that You will use caution and common sense when using jobs.ly.

Because User authentication on the Internet is difficult, jobs.ly cannot and does not confirm that each User is who they claim to be. Because we do not and cannot be involved in User-to-User dealings or control the behavior of participants on the jobs.ly site, in the event that You have a dispute with one or more Users, You release jobs.ly (and our agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential and direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

Changes are periodically made to jobs.ly and may be made at any time. You acknowledge and agree that You are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any resume or material contained therein placed by You on jobs.ly. Employers are solely responsible for their postings on jobs.ly. Jobs.ly is not an employer with respect to your use of jobs.ly and is not responsible for any employment decisions made by any entity posting on it’s site, nor will it guarantee nor promise that Users will be given employment through the use of it’s site.

IV. Termination of Use of jobs.ly

You agree that jobs.ly, in its sole discretion, has the right (but not the obligation) to delete or deactivate your account, block your email or IP address, or otherwise terminate your access to or use of the website (or any part thereof), immediately and without notice, and remove and discard any content within the website, for any reason, including, without limitation, if jobs.ly believes that you have acted inconsistently with the terms of use. Further, you agree that jobs.ly shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to jobs.ly and its services. Further, you agree not to attempt to use jobs.ly and its services after said termination.
